Christmas Present's Quilt

I cut this one out last year and finally got it finished. I wish I would have taken a row off because it's so long -- oh well. Right after I took this picture my camera broke. I'm crossing my fingers (and hinting a lot) that I get a new one for Christmas. I'll have to borrow my husband's till then. I also finished quilting 2 table runners that are my sister's and her friend from last year. I thought I would get them done this summer -- but I forgot about them. It feels good to have those Christmas projects crossed off my list!

Gary got the lights on this house this week and put up three of those spiral trees in the yard. It would be nice to have a little snow to get up in the mood for Christmas -- just a little because I worry about my family and everyone having to drive in it.

I can't believe that Thanksgiving is this week. I have to work from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. so we'll be having a late meal.

hmm.. I have the same story. I actually lost my camera at Disneyland. But I'm now using my husband's and groaning every time. I've asked for a new camera from Santa too! And I'm counting the days!

Hey Carrie! You changed your profile photo haven't you!? A grandma photo! Lovely!
I believe your Christmas Gifts quilt top is made out of the fabrics I did a Disappearing 9-Patch with... Great colors! Happy colors! 8-)
I hope you get a new camera from Santa... I would be lost without mine, and hubby doesn't have a digital to borrow either...
Bummer that you have to work on your Thanks-Giving day!!! Not fair!
Have a good one though! 8-)
Happy stitchings! 8-)
