As close to quilting.....

This is as close to quilting as I have been able to do this week. I tried to arrange fat quarters to cut out this Buggy Barn truck/tractor quilt for Jamie. I don't know where my time has been going -- besides working. So frustrating. I just want to shut myself in my sewing room and sew. Ahhhh....maybe next week.
I finished up some burp clothes that I've had cut out for months. They are flannel/chenille, so soft.
This is the quilt I made for my niece, Tiffany. She had a baby boy last month. My sister, Dena, is in town from Vegas this weekend with my nieces Tiffany, Sandy, and their kids. I'm excited to get to visit with them tomorrow and see the new baby.

It sounds like you've had a lot of family visiting. So fun to see everyone, but it really does cut into quilting time, doesn't it? I love Buggy Barn quilts. I've made several and have most of their books.

Great layout of fabrics there for the Buggy Barn quilt!
Great burp cloths...?... I guess I too will have to make those one day... but not too soon yet, we need weddings first, preferably... 8-)
That baby quilt is adorable! How nice to visit with the family over the birth of a new addition...
Have a great weekend!
