Future Farmers of America

Our youngest daughter has been active in FFA during high school.  Next year is her senior year.  She applied and did the 2 days of interviews to be an officer for next year.  She's been busy making posters, presentations, etc. for the application process.
This is her centerpiece with her theme.  We attended the FFA banquet Friday night with her where they announced the new officers.  I think her Grandpa (my dad) is tickled that she does FFA.  He was a member when he was in high school.
Jaycee being sworn in as the Reporter for 2012-2013.  I'm so impressed with this organization.  What a great character building club.  Don't they look great in the official dress?  The girls wear black skirts and nylons.  They all wear white shirts, ties, and the FFA jackets.  So classy.  They do fun field trips and activities during the year.  Hopefully they will attend the big national convention in Denver again next year.
Here she is with a couple of her friends who will serve with her as officers.
