Smile

Lots of little reasons to be smiling today.  The temperature is out of the single digits and feeling so warm today.  It's my Friday...Yay!!  Laundry is almost done.  Did some quilting yesterday which felt so good.  And just looking at my bottles of antique buttons makes me smile.  The bottle on the left was bought years ago at an antique store in Arkansas.  The bottle on the right are buttons that belonged to my husband's grandmother who lived in Arkansas.  I love to dump them out and look through them  I wonder what article of clothing they were on and who wore them.  There are some buttons cut off Army uniforms....buttons made out of abalone shell.
