I rip a piece of fabric anywhere from 2 to 2-1/2 inches. You want the frayed edge. Then iron in half. You tie a knot in the end and then twist and fold, twist and fold, then a dot of hot glue. (The lady I watched used Tacky glue, but I'm too impatient to wait for that to dry!) Keep going round and round. You can keep it tight and make and taller flower. If you go looser it makes a wider, flatter flower. I made a pink polka dot one into a pin for my Sunday dress. Jaycee has been gluing them to her headbands. I just keep making
